Olvidar el amor no es posible.

To experience Oneness is really not that difficult, it is just a question of waiting patiently and allowing it to happen. To allow means that you do not attempt to be in control of the moment, of the situation, you just accept what arises, and if nothing arises do not concern yourself about it because nothing arising is very, very close to Oneness. Oneness is a state of alert attention, a state in which you observe – your feelings, your thoughts, your environment, noises and smells, people or things passing – but do not engage with any of them so that you are always ready for and aware of the next thing, thought, feeling, or sensation that arises in this now moment, the only moment that has real meaning.

Experimentar la Unidad no es realmente tan difícil, es sólo cuestión de esperar con paciencia y permitir que suceda. Permitir significa que no trates de tener el control del momento, de la situación, que sólo aceptes lo que se plantea, y si nada surge no te preocupes de eso porque el hecho de que no hay nada que surge está muy, muy cerca de la Unidad. La unidad es un estado de atención alerta, un estado en el que tu observas - tus sentimientos, tus pensamientos, tu ambiente, tus ruidos y olores, personas o cosas que pasan - pero no te involucras con ninguno de ellos para que esté siempre listo para y consciente de lo próximo, pensamiento, sentimiento o sensación que surge en este momento del ahora, el único momento que tiene un significado real.

It is a very peaceful state in which you are simply present, nothing more, and it is extremely healing because doubts and anxieties do not assail you when you relax into that peaceful state of perfect contentment, needing nothing.  Do not be discouraged by the fact that nothing appears to happen because “what happens” is of the illusion, it is a distraction from being.  Oneness is just being, and being is to be open to creation, to be open to Love, because your heart then expands and fills and replenishes itself from that infinite loving space that is all that exists.

Es un estado muy tranquilo en el que estás simplemente presente, nada más, y es extremadamente sanando porque dudas y ansiedades no te asaltan cuando te relajas en ese estado de paz de la alegría perfecta, no necesitas nada. 

No te desanimes por el hecho de que nada parece suceder porque "lo que pasa" es de la ilusión, es una distracción de ser. La unidad es sólo ser, y el ser es estar abierto a la creación, a ser abierto al amor, porque tu corazón se expande y se llena y se renueva a partir de ese espacio de amor infinito que es todo lo que existe.

Don’t judge yourself, and do forgive yourself for all the judgments you have ever made.  When you are forgiven you know that you are free, but only you can forgive yourself.  Another’s forgiveness can be pleasing, satisfying, but the only real forgiveness is your own to yourself.  And if you have not forgiven yourself you cannot truly forgive anyone else.  There is always a “holding on to” the offense or hurt that you are attempting to forgive.  You do not forget it, you just store it away to refer to later in case another offense or hurt occurs, and you call this experience, or even wisdom!

No te juzgues a ti mismo, y perdónate a ti mismo por todos los juicios que jamás hayas hecho. Cuando te perdonas es libre, pero sólo puedes perdonarte a ti mismo. Otra clase de perdón puede ser agradable, satisfactoria, pero el único perdón real es el tuyo propio para ti mismo. Y si no te has perdonado a ti mismo no puedes perdonar de verdad nadie. Siempre hay un "aferrarse a" la ofensa o daño que está intentando perdonar. No olvides, simplemente guárdalo para referirte a él más adelante en caso de que otro delito o daño se produce, y se llama a esta experiencia, la sabiduría!

Love is always unconditionally accepting because It has nothing to forgive.  If you hold on to a hurt or a grievance, then resentment grows and you shut out Love, and you can only do that within the illusion because outside the illusion, which is tiny, there is only Love.  Anything that is in any way out of harmony with Love is unreal, it does not and cannot exist except within the unreal state that is the illusion.

El amor es siempre incondicionalmente aceptado porque no tiene nada que perdonar. Si te aferras a una herida o una queja, entonces el resentimiento crece y que bloquea al Amor, y sólo se puede hacer eso dentro de la ilusión, porque fuera de la ilusión, que es pequeña, sólo hay amor. Todo lo que es de alguna manera fuera de armonía con el amor no es real, no existe ni puede existir, excepto en el estado irreal que es la ilusión.

To not be experiencing Love constantly means that you are immersed in the illusion.  The occasions of Love it seems that you experience within it are but brief forays out of it.  The illusion is like a pond in which you are immersed far beneath its surface and holding your breath, and from which you emerge for brief moments to breathe in the Love on which your very existence depends.  Love is infinitely powerful, so a deep breath from Its endless abundance allows you to immerse yourself in the pond of the illusion for long periods of time.  And when you do, because it is the human condition, it is very easy either to forget about love – the weak faint image of real Love that is all that you can experience as a human – or to convince yourself that you do not need it because it really only complicates life . . .  until the next time you need to take a breath!

No estar experimentando amor constantemente significa que estás inmerso en la ilusión. Las ocasiones de amor parece que experimenta dentro de ella no son sino breves incursiones fuera de él. La ilusión es como un estanque en el que está inmerso muy por debajo de su superficie conteniendo la respiración, y desde el que emerges por breves momentos para respirar en el amor en el que su propia existencia depende. El amor es infinitamente poderoso, por lo que una respiración profunda de Su infinita abundancia te permite sumergirse en el estanque de la ilusión por largos períodos de tiempo. Y cuando lo hagas, porque es la condición humana, es muy fácil tampoco olvidarse de amor - la débil imagen tenue del verdadero amor que es todo lo que se puede experimentar como un ser humano - o para convencerte a ti mismo que no lo necesitas porque realmente sólo complica la vida. . . hasta la próxima vez que  necesites tomar un respiro!

El amor embellece la vida pero la complica en idéntica proporción. Si tu vida está signada por el desencuentro te haces el hara kiri o aprendés a vivir a pesar de eso? Cuantos hara kiri debi hacerme, no me hice ni pienso hacerme.

Forgetting Love, which is burying or denying your need for It, and focusing on living, on getting on with your life, is not possible!  It is the life force, life itself as you live it as a human, and therefore you are always conscious of it, even if you are not focusing your attention there.  When It ceases or severely weakens, then you notice!  Those of you who have had NDEs (near death experiences) remain intensely aware of life, of Love, when you return to your human bodies and to all the limitations they appear to impose upon you.

Olvidar el amor, que se enterraba o negar su necesidad de ella, y centrarse en vivir, en seguir adelante con tu vida, no es posible! Es la fuerza de la vida, la vida misma como lo vives como un ser humano, y por lo tanto son siempre conscientes de ello, incluso si no se está centrando su atención allí. 

Nada que ver, si es posible y está repleto de gente sola para no tener problemas con parejas que no la entienden y lo bien que hacen. Eso de la infelicidad eterna FUE, a otra cosa mariposa.

Cuando se termina o debilita gravemente, entonces te das cuenta! Aquellos de ustedes que han tenido ECM (experiencias cercanas a la muerte) siguen siendo muy conscientes de la vida, del amor, cuando regresan a sus cuerpos humanos y de todas las limitaciones que parecen imponerles.

Remember, in fact you can hardly forget, that fear is a very noticeable aspect of life in the illusion.  This is because separation from God is utterly unnatural, even the thought of it is terrifying in the extreme, and it does seem that you are separated.  Thus fear lurks constantly just below your level of conscious awareness, forever ready to come to the surface to fill and freeze your mind and shut you off from Love.  As most of your experts in human psychology will confirm, you live daily with the fear of death.  Why?  Because death appears to be the end, the complete termination of existence.

Recuerda, de hecho puedes olvidar muy fuerte, ese miedo es un aspecto muy notable de la vida en la ilusión. Esto se debe a la separación de Dios que es completamente antinatural, incluso el pensamiento de que es aterrador, en el extremo, y sí parece que estás separado. Por lo tanto el miedo acecha constantemente justo debajo de tu nivel de conciencia, siempre listo para salir a la superficie para congelar su mente y le apagarte al amor. Como la mayoría de los expertos en la psicología humana confirmará, se vive a diario con el miedo a la muerte. Por que? Porque la muerte parece ser el final, la terminación completa de la existencia.

Que linda experiencia que vinimos a vivir, bravo...

No one has ever come back from the dead to prove that there is no such thing, and while life may not be wonderful to lose consciousness permanently does not in the least appeal to the vast majority of humans.  Belief in an afterlife can help, but not if you believe that you could be sent to hell!
 

Nunca nadie ha regresado de entre los muertos para demostrar que no hay tal cosa, y mientras que la vida no puede ser maravilloso para perder la conciencia hace de manera permanente no en el menos atractivo para la gran mayoría de los seres humanos. La creencia en una vida futura puede ayudar, pero no si usted cree que usted podría ser enviado al infierno!

A esta altura creeme, me da lo mismo adonde vaya a parar.

The only hell you will ever experience is one of your own making, which can indeed be horrific and cause great suffering, but it is unreal.  Once you truly forgive yourself you will become aware that hell is unreal because through self-forgiveness you open yourself to Love and to the realization that as a beloved child of God, Who is infinite Love, you are forever and eternally unconditionally accepted and loved.  With the arrival of that realization hell, and any images of hell that you may have formed, will dissolve, dematerialize.

El único infierno que experimetarás es de tu propia creación, que de hecho puede ser horrible y causar un gran sufrimiento, pero es irreal. Una vez que verdaderamente perdona a sí mismo te darás cuenta de que el infierno es irreal porque a través de la auto-perdón te abres al amor ya la comprensión de que como un hijo amado de Dios, que es Amor infinito, que son para siempre y eternamente incondicionalmente aceptado y amado. Con la llegada de la realización de ese infierno, y cualquier imagen del infierno que tu pudiste haber formado, se disolverán, desmaterializarán.

You have your eternal and uninterrupted existence in Reality, within the infinite field of divine Love that contains and supports all of God’s creation, and outside of which nothing exists because there is no outside.  It truly is extremely simple: you exist, you know you do because you are conscious, therefore you are always in the divine Presence.

Tu tienes tu existencia eterna y sin interrupciones en la Realidad, en el campo infinito del Amor divino que contiene y soporta toda la creación de Dios, y fuera de la cual no existe nada porque no hay fuera. Realmente es muy simple: tu existes, ya sabes que vives porque eres consciente, por lo tanto, tu estás siempre en la presencia divina. 
Entonces la vida en la tierra es un error?

This being the case there is no need for worry or anxiety of any kind, and any that you experience as humans is utterly unreal.  However, it seems real as long as you maintain it by focusing your attention on it, and on the illusion that supports the games of separation in which you chose to participate.

Siendo este el caso, no hay necesidad de preocupación o ansiedad de cualquier tipo, y cualquiera que usted experimenta como seres humanos es completamente irreal. Sin embargo, parece verdadera, siempre y cuando usted te mantengas enfocando tu atención en él, y en la ilusión de que es compatible con los juegos de separación en el que elegiste participar.

Perdon pero no me cierra que todo sea irreal.

To free yourselves from the illusion, to disentangle yourselves from it, it is most helpful to quieten your mind, to let go of and disengage from the almost constant but often unconscious flow of thoughts passing through it concerning your life in the illusion as humans.  It is generally an ongoing flow of worry, anxiety, and fear about your value, your severely limited value as an individual in a vast system that you feel sure hardly notices you, and how to increase that value and be noticed – perhaps by taking another workshop, another seminar, another degree, another job, another lover.  It becomes an almost constant state of worrying and wondering about what to do to improve your market value!

Para liberarse de la ilusión, para desenmarañar ustedes mismos de ella, es más útil para aquietar su mente, dejar ir y soltarse del flujo casi constante, pero a menudo inconsciente de los pensamientos que pasan a través de él con respecto a su vida en la ilusión de que los humanos. En general, es un flujo constante de preocupación, la ansiedad y el temor acerca de su valor, su valor muy limitado como individuo en un vasto sistema que se siente seguro de que casi no se da cuenta, y cómo aumentar ese valor y se nota - tal vez tomando otro taller, otro seminario, otro grado, otro trabajo, otro amante. Se convierte en un estado casi constante de preocuparse y preguntarse acerca de qué hacer para mejorar su valor de mercado!

Habrás notado que hace rato renuncié a eso.
